Bring our 30+ bags-per-minute precision stitching line into your facility. 5× the throughput of manual production — with zero hands on the seal.
Four numbers that define what this machine delivers on the factory floor — and why it replaces both manual labor and traditional heat-sealing lines.
Continuous output rate. Matches the daily volume of a 10-person manual stitching team.
Inline Vision QC inspects every bag and auto-rejects defective units before packing.
One machine replaces five trained craftsmen — at uniform quality, around the clock.
Designed for non-stop fiber feed. No daily shutdowns, no cool-down between shifts.
From raw fiber to stitched output — every module engineered for continuous, hands-free operation.
Synchronized roll feeders deliver PLA mesh and cotton thread at matched speeds — no slack, no tension drift.
Our core proprietary module — cold mechanical interlock with cotton thread. No heat, no adhesives, no chemical migration.
Inline kraft tag attachment — physically locked by the same cotton stitch. Custom die-cuts and soy-ink prints supported.
Precision tension regulation across both material feeds keeps stitch length uniform — batch after batch, shift after shift.
Stitched bags exit through a guided tray, ready for packaging. Continuous flow, no manual collection between shifts.
Most tea bag machines weld at 150°C. We chose cold mechanical stitching instead — for measurable reasons, not marketing ones.
We replaced ultrasonic welding with precision mechanical stitching. By removing heat from the process, we preserve the molecular integrity of the PLA material at the seal point.
Because material is never melted, it never becomes brittle. Edges stay flexible. Independent research found heat-sealed bags shed 11.6 billion microplastic particles per bag in hot water — a problem our process never creates.
Mechanical force provides all the structural strength needed. No heat-seal coatings, no adhesive films, no thermal-bonding layers in the bill of materials — simpler supply chain, lower operating cost per bag.
Heat-sealing lines pay a thermal tax — on parts, on changeover, on energy and compliance. Our cold-stitch approach pays none of them.
Heat-sealing heads expand and contract every cycle — that's metal fatigue, day after day. Our stitching head runs at room temperature. No warm-up stress, no cool-down brittleness, no scheduled head replacements baked into your maintenance calendar.
Heat-sealing lines wait — for the seal head to cool, for new dies to warm. We don't. Mechanical tooling lets you change tag shapes and bag formats and resume production in minutes, not hours. SKU flexibility on the same line.
Without an ultrasonic horn or a 150°C seal head, the line draws meaningfully less power per shift. And because nothing on the bag is heat-sealed, there are no thermal-bond coatings to audit against EU 1935/2004 or FDA food-contact requirements.
Every line ships with the support you need to run it confidently — from the first install to the tenth year of operation.
Every machine is fully assembled, calibrated, and test-run in our facility before shipping — plus remote video guidance for on-site reassembly and first production.
Remote video training sessions during commissioning and for new operators onboarded later. Full English and Chinese documentation provided.
Common wear parts and consumables shipped with every machine — enough for the first year of standard operation. Replenishment available worldwide.
Reach our engineers via WhatsApp or email for the lifetime of the machine. We aim to respond within a few business days, accounting for time zones.
Tell us about your facility, your target output, and what matters most to you. We'll come back with a tailored proposal — not a generic brochure.
Whether you're a tea house scaling production, a contract manufacturer adding a premium line, or a brand owner taking production in-house — we'll configure a machine that fits your floor, your output, and your budget.
