This website (oriatea.com) is operated by OriaTea, a tea bag and tea bag machinery manufacturer based in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. We operate exclusively as a B2B business and do not sell products to individual consumers.

We only collect information that you voluntarily provide through our inquiry form. This includes:

4. Who handles the data
When you submit our inquiry form, the data is processed by Web3Forms (operated by Foundkit Inc.), which forwards it to our team email at hello@oriatea.com. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf and has its own privacy policy available at web3forms.com/privacy.
Our email is hosted by Hostinger. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. We do not transfer your data to any other parties.
5. Cookies
Our website uses only essential technical cookies required by WordPress to operate the site (session management, security tokens). We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools.
If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie consent banner where required.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry messages and correspondence for as long as the business relationship is active, plus up to three years afterwards for business record-keeping. After that, your data is deleted or fully anonymized.
